Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are exclusively available for approved returns submitted within our 60-day return window from the date of order delivery. To qualify for a refund, returned items must be in unused, like-new condition, include all original packaging, tags, and accessories, and show no signs of wear, damage, modification, or misuse. For apparel items, we ask that you return them in their original, unwashed condition to ensure eligibility.

2. Refund Processing Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Processing times for the refund to reflect in your account may vary slightly based on the policies of your payment provider or financial institution.

3. Non-Refundable Items & Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for: items returned outside the 60-day return window, used, damaged, or altered products, missing original packaging or tags, shipping fees (all orders qualify for free worldwide shipping, no shipping fees are charged to customers), and products purchased through unauthorized channels or third-party retailers. Underwear and intimate apparel that has been worn or washed is also non-refundable for hygiene reasons, in compliance with industry standards.

4. Refund Approval Process

Unauthorized returns will not be processed or eligible for refund. Our team will review return submissions and notify customers of approval or denial via email, providing clear reasons for any denial.
