All confirmed orders with completed payment are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and regional holidays. Order processing times are separate from delivery timelines and begin once payment is verified and order details are confirmed.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time for all orders is 6–12 days from the date of shipment. We do not offer expedited shipping, rush delivery, or guaranteed delivery dates outside the stated 6–12 day window.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information at the email address provided during order placement. Customers may use this tracking number to monitor order progress through the shipping carrier’s portal.
